1. Inquiry: We invite you to inquire about our products via online, email, or phone. We promise to respond promptly to your inquiry.
2. Custom Design: If you’re interested in adding a personal touch to the paper cups, such as your own design or logo, we’re open to discussion and negotiation. We’ll provide a quote for your customized product.
3. Online Payment: Once we’ve agreed on the specifications for your customized products, we’ll provide a quote and encourage you to proceed with an online payment.
4. Typesetting: We’ll arrange for the printing and typesetting of your product based on your custom design. Once everything is confirmed to be correct, we’ll move forward with production.
5. Production: After finalizing the details of your customized product, we’ll begin production within 3 working days. The entire production process usually takes between 30 to 60 working days, depending on the quantity.
6. Shipping: Upon completion of your customized products, shipping typically takes an additional 30-60 working days.
7. Review: We kindly ask that you inspect the goods within 3 working days of receipt. If there are any quality issues, please contact us immediately. If you’re satisfied with your order, we would greatly appreciate your positive feedback.
