Try our free shipping policy

We offer free shipping: 1）when you order more than $400 within Auckland. 2) When your order is more than $750 in the cities listed below: Christchurch, Coromandel, Gisborne, Hamilton, Levin, Masterton, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga, Thames, Wanganui, Whangarei. (Rural Address will not apply)

If you are not in the above area, please see the table below for your specific shipping rates in other areas.

From our warehouse locations across New Zealand, for orders with a minimum of $400, we offer free freight to blue and pink areas. We also offer free freight to green areas for orders with a minimum of $800, and free freight to orange areas with a minimum of $1500. 

We will make our best effort to dispatch your orders without delay. All orders received before 9:30 am will be dispatched on the same day on weekdays, otherwise, we will confirm the order on the next working day. Your order is very import to us, we will dispatch as soon as possible.
